Privacy Overview

BokaroTraderFx V2 is presently a frontend-stage educational web platform. We do not operate server-side databases or process live payment transactions on this domain.

Browser Data & Local Storage

To enhance your browsing experience, mock account/session information and tool preferences may be stored directly inside your web browser using localStorage or sessionStorage. This locally stored data may include:

• Mock profile name, email, and display avatar selection
• Client-side mock session state and login preferences
• Selected membership plan tier (e.g., Free, Pro, Elite)
• Position sizing and calculator input preferences
• Trading desk checklist completion states

Mentorship Application Data

Information submitted through the Mentorship Application form (including full name, email address, country/timezone, trading experience, market focus, trading challenges, mentorship goals, and weekly availability) is transmitted securely to Supabase and stored for manual mentorship application review and contact.

Users must not submit passwords, OTPs, broker login credentials, API keys, payment card details, bank account details, PAN/government identification numbers, or prop-firm trading account login credentials. Local Storage Controls & Security Notice

Current browser-stored information is provided for client-side evaluation and testing only. It does not constitute secure production authentication or cloud-synced account storage. You can clear or remove locally stored information at any time using your browser's site-data controls; however, doing so will reset your saved preferences and mock session states.

External Applications & Third-Party Platforms

The trading journal (btfx-journal.vercel.app) is a separate external application. When you access this journal, its independent privacy and data-handling policies apply. Furthermore, external embedded services or community channels (such as YouTube, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, GitHub, or Vercel) maintain their own separate privacy policies and terms.

This notice does not claim full DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection Act) compliance or state that the website collects zero data. This privacy notice must receive a full update prior to activating production authentication, mentorship application forms, live payment processing, analytics tracking, or server-side databases.

All materials, tools, calculators, Pine Script indicators, market insights, mentorship outlines, and information provided on BokaroTraderFx are strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

BokaroTraderFx is not registered as a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment management firm. Nothing contained on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. No Signals or Account Management

We do not provide trade signals, copy-trading services, managed accounts, or profit-sharing arrangements. All analytical models and execution frameworks discussed are meant solely for individual skill development.

5. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions, order execution, risk management, account selection, tax obligations, and compliance with local financial laws. BokaroTraderFx does not guarantee trading profits, account payouts, funded-account evaluation passes, or specific performance outcomes.

6. Prop-Firm and Broker Rules

Proprietary trading firm evaluation terms, trailing drawdown limits, consistency rules, maximum position sizes, and broker trading conditions are established independently by third-party firms. Rules and conditions may change without notice, and users remain responsible for understanding and adhering to their provider's current agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, website code, design tokens, logos, text, graphics, and custom tool calculators on BokaroTraderFx are the intellectual property of BokaroTraderFx unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

This website contains links to external applications and third-party websites (including the external journal application, TradingView, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn). BokaroTraderFx does not control, endorse, or accept liability for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.

9. Site Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update any aspect of this website, its content, tools, or availability at any time without prior notice.

10. Commercial & Payment Terms

Production payment processing is currently inactive. No commercial payment, refund, or subscription cancellation terms are invented here. Full commercial and subscription terms will be published before paid services or live transactions are enabled.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BokaroTraderFx and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website, its calculators, or educational content.
